You can cancel your purchase in 12 hours from completing the payment. Afterwards it will be impossible to make refunds, since every ring and necklaces was made especially for you.

You have my guarantee for every jewel. your satisfaction from my jewels is important to me. The guarantee valid for one year from the purchase not incudes scratch, tear of necklace or change of ring size. The guarantee valid only in case the jewelry is to be kept in a standard possible manner and not been repair by anyone except myself. 

In a case of a stone drop, if there is one, I will be more then happy to set it back. If you haven't find the stone, I will be glad to offer you a resendable price for a new one. 

In a case of a fracture, repair will be priced after examination of the jewel.
